To do this, use a decision matrix (a grid) or other method that helps make sure that you consider all possible consequences of your decision. Ask yourself: how will this change my life for the better? What would happen if I don’t do this? How will I feel about myself if I choose one option over another?

Once you’ve decided on an action plan and its potential consequences, it’s important to ask others for their feedback on what they think might go wrong with your plan—and whether there are ways to fix any potential problems before they become major obstacles down the road. This can be difficult because sometimes people fear failure more than anything else; however, having such discussions early on can help prevent major setbacks later on down the line!

Solution Implementation

The final phase in the problem-solving process is implementation. This is where you put your solution into practice and see if it works. The key to implementing a solution is being able to clearly express what needs to happen, how it will be done, and when it will take place.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the solution:
  • Was it followed up on? If not, what can be done to improve that?
  • Evaluate your process: Do you have a good enough understanding of how decisions are made at your organization? Have you considered other ways of working that might help more people make better decisions?
